TP68 MATT HARDENER ( EPOXY SYSTEM )
Description
Matt Hardener TP68 is a composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi-acid. It utilizes the two different reaction rates of group in molecular structure, and during the curing process, it generates non-uniform shrinkage then forms the matt surface. It has both gloss decreasing and curing functions.

Notice
Matt Hardener is not as compatible with the resin as it has a high melting point. To avoid this default it’s necessary to distribute them or to make the curing temperature at a higher level. In case of epoxy\polyester hybrid powder coatings, the polyester should be low acidity. Before achieving the ideal gloss and multiple characteristics tests are needed.
