Description
TP308 Anti-static Agent is a waxy compound made with organic fatty acids. It can increase the surface charge of powder coating particles. Because it does not contain a-mines, it has no effect on the speed of the powder curing reaction. It will not affect the leveling of the coating film and will not cause yellowing of the coating film. On the contrary, the addition of the TP308 can also increase the flow of the coating film. Because of its flat nature, it has more filler loading and better powder application than the general regulators on the market. After measuring the powdered powder, it was confirmed that the effect of increasing the power was more pronounced than that of qua-ternary ammonium salts and fatty a-mines. And it's cheap, economical and practical.

Usage & Dosage
1.Add 0.1% to 0.5% of the total formula. The specific amount should be determined according to experiment.
2.Applicable to all powder systems, it should be noted that when using metal powder, please use it with caution, and use it only with other components.
Packaging & Storage
1. Polyethylene lined paper bag, net weight: 25KG.
2. Store in a cool and dry place. Pay attention to moisture protection.
3. Validity at room temperature is 25℃ for 12 months.
