TP30 Floating Agent
Description
TP30 can produce pattern types of art, hammer, and orange peel, small and large wrinkles and so on. It can be applied in Epoxy and Polyester powder coatings. TP 30 series is additive type powder additive; its composition is modified polyacrylate polymer. Through the EU's toxicity testing standards. Is a fine powder shape, do not crush sieving.In addition to powder coatings, can be used as patterns, floating flowers, wrinkles and other effects of texture.

Characteristics
1. There is not affected by the curing temperature, that is, baking at different temperature, the lines are basically consistent, strong sense of texture.
2. There has a fine powdery and flaky finished product; the flaky finished product can be crushed together with the powder piece to save the additional operation.
3. There is small in amount and low in cost.

First prepare the above powder coating, and then post the FLOATING AGENT TP30 and aluminum powder into dry for blending. But final formulation should be succeeding after you make trial for several times and the final panel as the following:
Application
1. The product has been composed of coarse and fine powder. The coarse powder is used for the cubic effect, while the fine powder is used for eliminating shrinkage.
2. Add small amount, make larger texture pattern and add more amount if you want to make small texture pattern. Appropriate amount of 2-methylimidazole will get better cubic effect.
3. The curing temperature has little influence on texture size.
Dosage
1. Bottom powder formula without or less leveling agent, conventional fineness or slightly thick.
2. If you do wrinkle powder, press 0.1-0.6% in the bottom powder to add the dry mix.
3. If floating pollen, add this product to the bottom of the powder 0.3% and 1% pigment (pigment over mesh) dry mix.
* The above 2.3 must be experimentally determined to increase the amount
* TP30 can be used for all kinds of thermosetting powder coating.

1.Polyethylene lined, multi-ply paper bag, 25kg/bag
2.Keep in cool place; keep away from fire.
3.Validity will be 1 years under normal temperature.
