TP3310 Matt Hardener (Hybrid & Polyester TGIC Both)

TP3310 is a newly developed non-wax-based catalytic matting agent that can be applied to epoxy/polyester. Used in the above system, the product obtained from about 30 to 70% of semi-gloss, leveling coatings having excellent mechanical properties and resistance to yellowing.

2. Technical characteristics

1. Using this product in a weatherproof polyester resin /TGIC system can achieve about 60-75% light reduction without any effect on the weather resistance, fluidity and mechanical properties of the base coating.Such a range of gloss is usually suitable for the coating of aluminum alloy members.

2. When this product is used in epoxy/polyester hybrid system, it has a very good matting effect even at a relatively low dosage, and the gloss can be reduced to 30%.

3. It has excellent over-bake stability, so it is recommended for applications where good anti-yellowing is required .

3. Usage and dosage

1. Mixed with other components in the formula in a high-speed mixer, and then extruded through an extruder.

2. The dosage is 1 % of the total weight of the formula .

3. Can be added directly.

4. Packaging and storage

1.Polyethylene lined kraft paper bags, 25KGS/BAG .

2.Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption . It should be sealed immediately after use , avoid contact with other chemicals,keep away from fire.

3. Based on our experience, the validity period of this product is at least three years at a storage temperature <32℃.
